For February I shot on my last Kodak Porta 400. I don’t know what I did to get the big light leaks in the first few shots but I kind of love what happened.
I still have some that are out of focus, but that’s my unsteady hand and slower shutter speeds in low light.
I really like the colours I was able to get on this film stock, and I even practiced working with backlight on film so that I wouldn’t underexpose them. I think I figured out what I was doing wrong in my last roll where I was getting muddied images from being underexposed, because this roll didn’t have any, but I guess I’ll find out on my future rolls if I really got the hang of it.
I slightly adjusted some white balance and contrast setting on these images after I got the scans, nothing too drastic, expect for the last image I took which I turned B&W because that’s how I imagined it when I shot that last frame.
Let me know what you think!
