I’d like to introduce you to my newest little nephew. How sweet is he?
This is going to be a very loud home once this little guy gets a bit bigger! Three boys to make a ruckus. But even with all the noise, so much love to fill the house.
Little Jaxon was born on December 27th at 5:14AM weighing in at 8lbs 13oz. A little guy compared to my previous two nephews. What a lovely little late Christmas gift.
We intended to capture Baby Jaxon for a Fresh 48, but unfortunately the timing didn’t work out with us being away for an anniversary trip. Instead we booked for a week later when I was home and we were able to capture an in home lifestyle newborn session.
When I arrived all the little pups started barking, and surprisingly not waking up the new baby, I guess they get used to all the regular noises of the house. But how dare we put them down right? As soon as we tried to get some solo shots of just baby he would almost immediately wake up, he was not having it.
I got to snuggle and rock the little guy to sleep, it’s weird how you can miss bouncing around with a little baby even though you know you’re done having little ones. But it’s nice being the Auntie, snuggle them for a bit; then you can give them back haha.

An in home Fresh 48 and Lifestyle Newborn session run pretty much the same way, I’m there to capture you and your new little one in the comfort of your home. I want to capture exactly the things you want to remember. The exhausted parents, that sweet sleepy baby, or maybe not so sleepy baby. Their tiny details, whether a few hours fresh or within their first couple weeks. It’s all important, even though it might seem like it’s too much to add into your busy day full of feedings and diaper changes, you won’t regret having all those sweet images once you’ve past that stage oh so quickly.
