This sweet family welcomed their second little nugget on January 16th. Little Miss Calia was born at 4:51PM weighing in at 8lbs 4oz.

They welcomed me into their home for their Fresh 48 session and it was a pleasure being able to capture all these sweet memories for them.

When you have a toddler and a new baby, you know that your time is limited on attention, especially for something like having to take photos. We started the session making sure to grab shots of them all together before little man was over it. He is such a sweetheart, and I can tell he’s going to be an awesome big brother and protector of his new sister.

After we got all the group shots, Little man was off to play and enjoy a few of his favourite shows while I focused on baby and her parents. She is such a sweet little babe, and you can feel the love everyone has for her.

Usually I love a neutral bedding when doing baby shots in the bedroom, but I really loved this floral duvet, it just fit this little girl so well. And those colours, just perfectly bright and soft all at the same time.

This little one’s mama makes beautiful decal designs with her shop, He & She Design Co., and her nursery had a beautiful leaf wall design, and don’t forget the beautifully framed sign in the family shots.
