Getting to capture families over the years is always a privilege, and I love seeing those families grow.
I’ve had the pleasure of capturing the Smith family over the years from maternity, newborn and family sessions with their growing family. The kids are sweet and energetic, they are always ready to explore and as soon as I take the first photo, at least one of them will ask to see how it turned out, love their enthusiasm during our sessions. This little spot at the wetlands was a great spot for them to have space to move, explore and run around.
This area gave us enough coverage from the heat but still gave us enough light to work with. It’s a walking trail at the Cheam Wetlands, so we chose the area just before and after the bridge to utilize as our space. As the light faded in this area the mosquitos did start coming out fast so we decided to head out into the open light and explore the floating walkway before we finished off our session.
