You know I love making sweets, can’t help myself, they’re just to delicious. Another favourite of mine is homemade marshmallows, and if you’ve never had one, you are missing out! They are so absolutely delicious, and taste so much better then the store bought stuff. They melt in your mouth and have the best texture.
I found the closest shaped cookie cutter to a bunny peep that I could, but it was a little bit big so we kept it to 4 bunnies and the rest we cut into cubes.
I of course had a blast photographing the marshmallows too, with powdered sugar getting EVERYWHERE!!
Asher was my helper, cutting out the bunnies and making sure to coat the sticky marshmallows with powdered sugar after they were all cut up. We rolled, tossed and stacked all the little cubes.
If you ever see homemade marshmallows for sale, or you get the chance to try making them yourself, don’t hesitate, they are the best.
