Frozen Chilliwack

Just after Christmas we got a big snowfall, and then that turned into freezing rain which covered everything in a thick layer of ice.  It caused a bunch of damage in areas, and made driving a little more difficult, but when the sun came out it sure was beautiful.  I couldn't pass up going for a walk to snap some photos before it all melted. 

I took a lot of pictures, these are all the ones of just the ice and snow covering the Vedder Trail.

And what better way to start the New Year off than with a gorgeous sunset.  I snapped these few pictures the day after when I was heading home from work.
