I’ve been wanting to go apple picking for a while, and the kids had a Pro-D day this Friday so that’s exactly where we headed. The weather was decent, it was a cooler day, but it was dry.
I think we totally over did it on the apples, but holy smokes are they ever delicious. We’ve already used a bunch to make two apple pies, and next on our list of baking with the apples will be Apple Bacon Cheddar Scones, Yum!
The kids had a great time, and they didn’t want to stop picking, hence the over doing of apples picked haha.
