Happy Halloween!!
October is the month that I let the tiny extrovert piece of me that I have out.
This year I decided to try full face makeup inspired by different characters from Marvel. This was my first time working with bald caps, it was a little tricky but kind of fun to create with even if it’s a bit of a pain to take off afterwards. I worked with Mehron water activated sfx makeup that I found on Amazon, I purchased a small primary colour palette because I wasn’t sure if I would like working with them or not but I was thoroughly impressed. They were very pigmented and went on so smoothly, it didn’t feel like I was wearing anything at all.
I created Nebula from Guardians of the Galaxy, Mystique from X-Men, Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy and Deadpool.
Each look took me anywhere from 2 to 4 hours to complete from start to finish, and each one I would end up going to pick the kids up from school with it all still on my face, which they do enjoy seeing what I come up with.
