I know you’ve heard me say many times that Autumn is my favourite season, but I’d be lying if I didn’t mention my love for all the beautiful blossoms during the spring. My body though, it must hate it because it sure wreaks havoc on me with my allergies.

But seriously, autumn is almost here so who’s got their autumn baking hat on? I sure do. I made a note each week in my planner to bake and photograph something with autumn flavours. Yep, my house will be smelling all kinds of delicious.

And then when autumn is over and everything looks bare once the last leaves fall off the trees, I’ll be longing for spring and blossoms. And sessions like this where I get to capture a beautiful human in front of all the gorgeous and fluffy cherry blossoms.

When I’m outside with all the blossoming flowers my allergies tend to be ok, so I didn’t have any trouble being around all these blossoms when photographing Mila for her session. We had lots of fun, we talked, laughed and she didn’t have to work hard to make my job easy, I mean, look at her, she’s one gorgeous lady. As soon as I get home and in from the outdoors, that’s when my allergies make an appearance and the “fun” begins haha. But it’s always worth it, check it out for yourself.
